Why 5Rhythms?
5Rhythms is a creative, free-form movement practice that increases awareness. It is a safe space where we can explore ourselves: bodies, emotions, minds, and hearts. Just as in life, on the dance floor there are no rules: no movements to memorize, no right way to move, and no wrong way to express. Dance is an ancient practice that we approach with reverence because it brings us into intimate contact with what is most sacred: our own self. Find out more.
